101 Days Until the Due Date!!!

This week has brought big changes in the pregnancy - I have felt the little guy moving around everyday for the past couple of days!! I know that's what he's supposed to do, but I don't think I expected it SO much! He pushes and dances all around in there! I told Jon that I think Jackson has a set of drums in there and is dancing to his own beats! Lol!!!  Every week brings a new realization that Jon and I (and Comet) aren't the only ones that make up our family now. 

The countdown is on!! I can't wait to see my little baby boy!!

Nursery Rhymes and Designs!!!

So, due to some technical diffuculties (computer has lost it's mind and is currently un-usable) I'm a bit behind in some of the things I've been wanting to post.  This also means that I am unable to share any photos that have been taken in the past few weeks.  But, we have been working on Jackson's room and I thought that I would share some of the ideas and inspirations for now and post actual pictures in the next week or so!

This is the paint color that we chose - Behr Serene Sky.  At first I thought it was to bright, but over the past week it has grown on me and I think with some wall art and furniture it will make a wonderful little boys room!

 We plan on getting white furniture, although that could change as soon as we find some thing that we like! I am really loving this type of shelving, I think it's great for extra storage, toys and books and we will be getting something very similar!

This is the bedding collection that we've chosen! I love owls and the patchwork-like leaves on the tree!

There are tons of cute accessories to go with the bedding - pillows, bookends, crib toys, and other little plushy animals. Also, there is this adorable playmat!



So, as soon as my computer is feeling better, I will post actual pics of the room redo!! I can't believe that we're heading into the sixth month of pregnancy!!! Time is flying by and we have a lot to do!!!
